Ir. Mohd Yusop obtained his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from (FIT) Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia in 1989.
With over 35 years of experience, he has held senior positions in various multinational companies and has vast expertise in M&E project management, electrical installations, power plant operations, HVAC systems, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and a certified Electrical Engineer & Service Engineer under Suruhanjaya Tenaga. His leadership in electrical and mechanical project implementation spans across the country, particularly in power generation and transmission infrastructure.

Mdm. Anis Syairah Binti Mohd Yusop holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam.
With over 8 years of experience in the field of finance and administration, she has been actively involved in the financial management, project budgeting, and day-to-day operations of the company.
Her strong academic background, combined with hands-on experience, enables her to oversee corporate finance functions effectively while supporting the company’s strategic direction and business growth
